Project Coordinator, Research
The post-holder’s work will be guided by the Fitzwilliam Museum’s new Research and Impact Strategy, as well as CVC’s vision to unlock latent synergies across the university’s collections and research as relating to the visual.
The post-holder will support the submission of research grant and visiting fellow applications. They will support the Museum’s Research Facilitator and CVC Co-Directors with the high-quality delivery and efficient running of research and impact projects, visiting fellowships and research events for both the CVC and the Fitzwilliam.
They will co-ordinate the smooth running of these projects, fellowships and events, as well as ensuring consistent and clear information is available to stakeholders, including collaborators, funders and wider audiences. They will collate and manage information required to track and communicate progress.
The post-holder will support the dissemination of information to user groups and key stakeholders via updating and maintaining internal and external webpages, as well as other appropriate channels.
The role-holder will report to the Fitzwilliam’s Research Facilitator, but will also be expected to foster close collaborative working relationships with the Department of History of Art and other CVC stakeholders, through regular liaison.
